I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and well maintained. The bed was especially comfortable; I slept very well thanks to the cozy mattress and good pillows. The location is one of the biggest highlights. It’s very convenient for getting around, with plenty of good restaurants and shops just a short walk away. Overall, this hotel offers great value: a clean room, a comfortable bed, and an excellent location. I would happily stay here again on my next visit and would recommend it to friends and family.

The hotel has two clear strengths: an excellent location and professional reception staff. Unfortunately, these are undermined by weaknesses in hygiene, service procedures and staff training. Upon check-in, I found numerous drain flies and mosquitoes in my room. I killed around ten that night, but approximately fifteen more appeared the next morning. This suggested a drainage or sanitation issue rather than insects entering by chance. The hotel promptly arranged additional cleaning, but the insects remained and I had to remove them myself. I have attached photographs of those found after the second-day cleaning. I was then moved to another room, where the problem did not recur. This suggests a room-specific issue, but raises questions about the inspection process. Some sheets and towels had visible stains, and the toilet did not flush reliably. The shower pressure, however, was very good. At breakfast, staff tried to remove my plate while I was still eating. On another occasion, my table was cleared and reassigned while I briefly collected coffee, despite my cutlery and napkin indicating that it was occupied. With no seats available, I had to abandon my coffee. I do not expect luxury door service, but staff often stood at the entrance without assisting guests and occasionally obstructed access. The hotel has considerable potential. Stronger inspections, clearer service standards and better training would materially improve the guest experience.
