If I could give 0 stars I would. Was spending one night here with my family and upon arrival find out that we had to pay 50 euros extra to get sheets for the sofabed in our room. I had booked and payed for 2 adults and 2 kids, 3 and 5 years old. According to ”hotel policy” (but stated nowhere) kids under 6 years old have to share a bed with an adult. So we had only one double bed for the four of us. They also said that ”maybe my 3 year old can sleep in a bassinet” for babies. I had to contact hotels.com and talk on the phone with the very rude owner twice (since the man in reception could not speak English) before they finally let me have sheets for the sofabed. They said very rude things like ”people payed double what you did to stay here because of Oktoberfest” as if it is my fault what they charged me for the prebooked room. Horrible experience and not even a very nice hotel, run down, dirty and loud because of the trains. Stay somewhere else

The hotel is across the street from Munich's train station so extremely convenient and an easy walk into the heart of the city. Despite the busy neighborhood, the room was quiet, as well as clean and spacious. There are good restaurants nearby and easy access to many of the city's highlights.

My two adult children, my husband, and I stayed in a Comfort Double on the 5th floor. Having access to an elevator was important to us and it worked well. We stayed for two nights and it was an excellent experience. I chose it primarily for easy access to the main train station and local city tram/bus service and was thrilled with the outcome. The location could not have been better! There was a little street noise from a tram running through the night on the street below, but I think the benefit of easy access to it far outweighed the small amount of noise. The room was clean and nicely sized. We did not have time to use the cooking facilities, but I really appreciated having the extra sink. It was very hot during our stay and I really appreciated the A/C, if a little loud. I highly recommend this hotel!
