Avoid. Rooms were very large and spacious, but no microwaves in the rooms, one in the lobby was disgusting and smelled, room fridge was unusable because of how bad it smelled, the sink wouldn't drain, the tub wouldn't drain, the shower head had no pressure because the water sprayed out of the tub spout all over everything. The breakfast selection was ridiculous, the tables were never wiped down. The common areas were very dilapidated and dirty. Nothing seems to ever be maintained, water stains and ruined plaster everywhere. One set of elevators didn't work, no one would ever go in that pool. Even our room key needed to be reprogrammed every time we left the room. We put our stuff inside the room the first day and left the hotel, upon return our key didn't work, the staff said we weren't registered at the hotel and our room wasn't assigned to anyone. We demanded they opened the door to our room and sure enough our stuff was all inside, the staff member was baffled. I truly believed at first that we were robbed by the hotel. I watched the front desk staff hand out keys to anyone without confirming identities or who was even registered in the room. We never left a single valuable in the room after that, and locked and latched the door every time we were in the room. We spent 4 days there because of the convenience of the location to our tournament, but we would have left after the first night if there was any availability anywhere else.
