Check in- stood at front desk for over 5 minutes and staff was on cell phone call entire time- asked me how I wanted to pay, but room was paid for online. Parking lot was 75% blocked off , walls and bathtub were dirty. Check out is 11 am. At around 930, I was sleeping and my door was opened by a staff member, presumably housekeeping, without knocking or anything first. She looked inside, saw me, closed the door and walked away. Wasn't looking for a 5 star stay, but someone coming into my room definitely made it clear I wont be back.
