I booked a room that said it sleeps 5 and was only given a room that was for 4. 5th person had to sleep on the floor. When we asked the front desk for an additional pillows and blanket we were told we would be uncharged $15 per pillow. Also, room looked nothing like the picture displayed when booking the online. Front desk lady gave a lot of attitude when we were trying to get some sort of sleeping situation for the 5th person. All around would never book at this hotel again as nothing was what it was advertised to be and the staff was very rude.

Room was not clean, smelled musty, and the toilet was leaking in the bathroom. They were sold out and had NO other rooms to put us in. NO REFUND OR PRICE ADJUSTMENT!!! 👎
