At check-in Michael was very helpful and friendly. He told me about the local area dining which I tried and loved! I wasn’t able to try the breakfast food because I was late and didn’t have time but Tracy who is responsible for stocking and cleaning the area, let me know that this location has full breakfast options daily not just on weekdays. She went above and beyond to help me with a breakfast even though I came as she was closing it down. I appreciate the 24hr coffee as well. My husband and I are definitely going to book when we come back to the area in a few months! Also the cleaning crew came and did a wonderful job each day which is not the usual way for hotels these days and I was impressed with their work.

The hotel was clean but dated and a little smelly in the hallway outside the rooms. There was no hot water in the tub/shower. I let the water run turned all the way to hot for 15 minutes and still had cool water. Sink had hot water.
