Loved my 5 night stay at The Inn on the Beach! The office staff are welcoming and friendly. I was in “The Brewster” which was perfect as a solo traveler, or it would be a quaint romantic getaway for a couple. Patio was great place to hang out. Inside, queen bed and pillows were comfortable and rain shower head delightful. The best part of my stay was walking right onto the beach…absolutely divine! The Inn supplies beach towels, chairs, loungers, umbrellas for each day as an amenity which is so convenient. There are many restaurants in walking distance and food trucks in public beach parking lot next to Inn…nearby for quick hunger or thirst quencher during the day. I am looking forward to annual retreat at The Inn next summer!! Highly recommended!

We stayed from Sunday through Friday and unfortunately were disappointed by the housekeeping service, especially considering the price (around $500 per night). Our room was not serviced a single day during our entire stay. On the fourth night, after already going several days without housekeeping, I specifically texted the hotel requesting fresh towels, trash removal, and that our room be cleaned the next day. They responded to earlier messages during our stay, but no one ever came to clean the room, replace the towels, or remove the trash. We were traveling with a toddler in diapers, so you can imagine how unpleasant the room became after several days without trash removal. We eventually had to carry our own garbage outside because it was starting to smell. The location is lovely and the staff were friendly in their messages, but for this price point I expect daily housekeeping—or at the very least for a specific housekeeping request to be honored. If housekeeping is only available upon request or only on certain days, that should be made very clear at check-in. Overall, the lack of basic room service significantly affected what could have otherwise been a great stay.
