Our stay was extremely disappointing and fell well below reasonable expectations. We were initially assigned a room that had clearly not been cleaned. After requesting a different room, we discovered the bed sheets were dirty and had to change them ourselves because no clean room was available. The hotel’s pool, the primary reason we booked this property, was closed and out of service with no notice before our arrival. Had we known this, we would have booked elsewhere. Beyond that, the property appeared to be in serious disrepair. The exterior doors did not lock properly, creating a significant safety concern. Hallway ceiling leaks required buckets to catch water, and an entire section of the hallway was completely dark because the lights were not working. Our room also had a strong, unpleasant odor that made it uncomfortable to stay in. Between the cleanliness issues, broken amenities, safety concerns, and lack of communication, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. We expected a clean, safe, and functional place to stay and received none of those. We hope management takes immediate action to address these issues so future guests do not have the same experience.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, but unfortunately the building was not the cleanest. Also, the pool was closed, so that was a bummer. We'd definitely stay again, but hopefully all the light bulbs, the water stains on the ceiling, and the pool are taken care of or working.
