small and quiet place to escape to for the weekend, polite, friendly, and approachable staff. Would highly recommend this weekend break to people who want to get away from the hustle and bustle off busy life, time to slow down and relax and enjoy what is around.

Nice and idyllic old pub, rooms above which were quiet enough when I was there on a Friday night. To be honest the pub itself was relatively quiet. Parking at the rear which was free. I left early (6am) and didn’t get to experience the breakfast.

Large room, spacious and quiet. Staff couldn't have been more helpful in ever way, (even reserved me a table for tea without asking) and despite tight deadlines breakfast was fantastic.....I will return if in the area again.
