I cannot recommend staying at this facility. It is rundown, dirty, and the room door itself was broken, failing to close or lock properly without extra effort to secure it, which made me feel completely unsafe. Upon entering the room, the bedding and towels were stained and disgusting; I had to use my own linens and rags because laying on anything provided was out of the question. The front desk called two minutes before eleven demanding to know why I hadn't checked out. Shortly after, while I was simply gathering my final belongings and loading my car, an older male staff member threatened to call the police on me. As a petite solo female, I did not feel secure, and I will never stay at this location or any other America's Best again.

Friendly staff. Property needs an overhaul inside and out. Room was functional and clean except for the tub. Lots of hair left behind. Air conditioner worked well and bed was comfortable. It’s a low price option and the important parts were clean so it met my needs for the night.

The staff is very helpful and did their best to make up for the situation. The TV didn't work, the bed was squeeky and lumpy, the area was a little rough. It was overpriced for the condition of the property. The thing that kept us at the property was the helpfulness of the staff.
