We had to ask 4 times to get an extra blanket for my sister and they still couldn't get us one. The gym was not included in the price and you needed a Hilton membership to use the WiFi.

I had an exceptional stay at the Hilton Chicago. From the moment I arrived, the entire team made me feel genuinely welcome. I especially want to recognize Hadley at the front desk, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. The housekeeping team, bell staff, and everyone else I encountered provided excellent service and treated me wonderfully. The fitness center was outstanding and had everything I needed to maintain my workouts while traveling. My room, 1804, was comfortable, clean, and exceptional in every way. I truly loved my experience at the Hilton Chicago and am extremely grateful to Hadley and the entire team for making my stay so memorable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

We arrived later in the evening due to when our flight landed and our reserved room type wasn't available. We were "upgraded" from. A king bed to a room with 2 doubles. The room hadn't been vacuumed properly as there were crumbs and small debris in scattered areas. Everything else was fine, but an upgrade because the hotel overbooked should feel like an upgrade, and not a downgrade.
