We were very disappointed with our stay. The A/C in the room did not work properly, making the room uncomfortable throughout our visit. In addition, the sink drain was broken and leaked water all over the floor whenever it was used, creating both a mess and a safety concern. The room was also advertised as smoke-free, but it had a strong cigarette odor. We were not the only guests who noticed this, as multiple people complained about the smell as well. These issues significantly impacted our stay and did not meet the standards we expected when booking the room.
