The property is Not managed well, rooms were smelly, no one was available at front to check in we had to call a number to complete the check in and like wise while check out no one was available, breakfast options were limited to none I chose this for that, the price we paid is not worth it it way too highly priced for this property, highly not recommended

The property was shabby with worn carpet on the stairs and questionable deep cleanliness of the carpet in the room. The hallway and our room smelled of dirty diapers and there was an air freshener sitting on the end table by the bed which is a red flag. The cable TV connection did not seem to work but we didn't bother to check with the staff which consisted of ONE PERSON. That one man was responsible for registration, cleaning rooms over 40 rooms, and doing laundry and all other tasks. He mentioned that everyone else had left the job and he was told to try to "hold on until August 8th" when more help was supposed to arrive. Felt sorry for him so did not want to bother him with any requests. He did allow us to check in early by quick vacuuming the room he assigned us. Went elsewhere for breakfast as it appeared to consist of dry cereal, apples, and granola bars. Believe he was doing the best he could but the owners are negligent in not obtaining more staff and for poor maintenance of the property itself.
