Very good location. Clean room. Front desk Reception could use some courtesy training. Restaurant staff were excellent.

This hotel is absolutely exceptional. From Bellman Hafizol greeting us every time we entered or left, to the reception staff being super friendly and helpful. The room was fantastic clean and comfortable accompanied by a phenomenal breakfast. This hotel stay was truly the best hotel we have ever visited and couldn’t recommend it any higher.

Staff were very attentive and helpful, especially when I arrived feeling very unwell. The property is clean, with all the amenities we needed. Location is great, plenty of food and shopping options all within walking distance. Bus stop is close too. Loved it here and would love to be back.
