The positive reviews I read on this site were misleading. The floor in both of our second floor rooms was very dirt and sandy. One room (rm 201) had the ceiling loose and appearing to fall down and showing signs of mold. The wifi was very very weak. TV signal kept going out (have to say that some of that was due to weather). The in room coffee machine was so dirty that I did not try to use it. Circle K next door for fresh brew. The elevator smells like sewer. We tried the low budget option with The Regency and we got what we paid for.
