⭐⭐⭐ Decent Stay with Highs and Lows Spent three nights here and walked away with mixed feelings. The hotel itself is showing its age — the décor and furnishings are noticeably outdated and could use a serious refresh. The free breakfast was a great perk for keeping costs down, though don't expect anything impressive — the selection and portions left something to be desired. Now for the elephant in the room — or rather, the hallway and elevator. Another guest apparently had a very unfortunate accident in both locations. Clearly not the hotel's fault, but it's hard to forget. On the bright side, the balcony overlooking the river was absolutely stunning — easily the highlight of the stay. Waking up to that view every morning made a real difference. Daily housekeeping was also a genuine plus, with fresh towels and a tidy room each day, which isn't something every hotel offers anymore. Would consider returning for the location alone, but hoping for some updates and — fingers crossed — no repeat hallway incidents.

The amazing river view and indoor pool, with a fire pit just outside, made our vacation even more relaxing after long days exploring the Smokies. Anakeesta is also within walking distance, which was definitely a big plus. Overall, a wonderful experience!

View from balcony was awesome. Our maid was fantastic. The breakfast was plentiful and hot with many options. Location was convenient. Will definitely come back.
