As many other reviewers have said, check-in was chaotic. Despite their only being one other customer in front of us and two staff members on duty, we were waiting about 15 minutes for them to check us in, staff then made us use our own mobile phone and scan a QR code on the reception desk to fill in an online form. When this form inevitably didn’t work, the staff member tried to fill it in for us, and then gave up as well is issuing us with our room key despite the check-in process seemingly not have been completed as the form failed to work for the staff member. Overall the room was clean and there was plenty of storage space however throughout our whole day the room felt damp as if there was some issue with the humidity control within the building. The location of the hotel was also not ideal being some distance from the nearest station, although the hotel was quiet as was the area in which it was located.
