Lovely old building with outdoor areas in beautiful countryside. Plenty of parking. Evening meal outstanding.

Travel alot with work staying in 3 or 4 hotels a week. I was very excited at staying at the plough inn looking at the photos. We got a TWIN BEDROOM and the beds are very skinny. I'm not a big person by any means of stretch but these was skinny and the quilt cover wasnt big enough either. We arrived late and got in the room to find the TV wasn't working. Needed tuning in which never tuned in. Good job for Mobile phones to keep you entertained. We both got a starter the pork belly which was amazing. Very tasty. For mains we got burgers which was terrible. Burnt burger to the extent the next morning that's all I could taste. Upon paying the Bill which we went up to the bar to pay we found a Service charge to be added to the receipt which wasn't explained to us that this was added. Which we definitely wouldn't have paid since the burgers was disgusting. It's such a shame as was really looking forward to staying here from the pictures. We would not stay here again for the experience we had. This is just a honest review on our stay.
