There was no stay. The Maplehurst was closed and locked up upon my arrival. I was sent to a different property, with same owner, then the operation balanced out. I felt bad for the person on duty, a no show employee is really embarrassing and rough on the entire place.

Never had hot water the entire time so was never even able to fill the hot tub that I reserved the room for . Walked in to the bed not made and old bedding on the bed . Over all one of my worst stays at a hotel . Hoping for a refund .
