I loved my stay at this hotel! One of the best hotel experiences I've had. The staff are super friendly and welcoming, the hotel looked and smelled clean, and the amenities are plentiful. Just to name a few of the things I loved: the laundry room has access to washers and dryers for free, the hotel provides fresh baked chocolate chip cookies daily, there are 2 grills outside available for use, the pool was perfect temperature (not too hot, not too cold), and the suite I had was packed with everything (full fridge, microwave, dishwasher, stovetop, even dishes). The hotel will even grocery shop for you, you just provide the list.

The room had trash under the couch and someone’s hair on the couch. But the worst thing was that there was a baby gecko in the bathroom. I wanted to get a different room but was told we couldn’t and that the geckos were all over. If it wasn’t as late as it was and we were able to get our money back, we would have gone somewhere else. And I didn’t want to lose $200 for walking out. We stayed there a couple of months ago, and it was perfect. So we had high hopes it would be the same this time.
