The staff could not have been more helpful and pleasant with every interaction. The location was excellent for my needs. Unfortunately - the room I was assigned (requested accessible for no tub access as pictured online) was deemed accessible - but has a tub with no mat or other devices to make it non slip. The grab bar was at the other end of the tub. The entire room smelled of urine and had clearly not been well cleaned. I was later told that the prior guest had been there for two months and was bed ridden. I made due for two nights - but would expect something better from this brand.
