Very sweet staff and friendly! But the bathroom itself needed to be more clean and maintained - lots of grout stains, rusting, and sewer smells throughout our stay… which was quite disappointing. Central location is great for this hotel, would advise just taking the stairs instead of relying on building elevator and it’s shared with multiple other hotels in the building and a bit on the slower side.

I stayed here for two nights. Overall, the hotel was not very clean, and the rooms were quite old. To be fair, I was expecting that considering the price, so it wasn't my biggest issue. The location is excellent, only a 3–4 minute walk from the train station. However, my experience was ruined by the housekeeping staff. On both mornings, after around 8 a.m., they were shouting loudly and making so much noise that it was impossible to sleep. It completely ruined my mornings. The worst part was that one morning, a housekeeper entered my room without even knocking. She just opened the door and walked in. I was shocked and shouted, and she simply walked out as if nothing had happened. This is completely unacceptable. I could have been changing, sleeping, or in any other private situation. No one should ever enter a guest's room without knocking and waiting for a response. Overall, I had a very disappointing stay. If you choose this hotel, don't expect much.

We booked this hotel as it stated check in was at 12 noon. When we got there we were told we had to wait until 1 pm because they were still cleaning and it is not always ready at 12 pm. This hotel also shared space with a few other hotels and the elevator was very small and slow. There was no ac in the reception or waiting area only in the rooms. We booked 2 rooms, one was very old and small, run down and the other was modern and clean. Also the building / area is not the same as the picture on Expedia. They also wanted us to leave the keys to our room if we were leaving the hotel and going for sightseeing as their keys were special for the room and if lost they would have issues to get new keys. This really did not sit well with us and one of us stayed back.
