Room was clean. Pillows were very flat, but that seems to be the norm where we stayed. Staff were very nice. Parking was easy. Breakfast was good with many options. Very convenient to the bridge to Skye

If you want to stay at a hotel that is in a great location and has really helpful staff working there this is the hotel for you. If you want to stay in a hotel that you can't really sleep in this is also for you. Hotel and room was incredibly clean. Staff were lovely and helpful. Apart from the room being clean it was quite possibly the smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in. The door and walls to the room were paper thin, and the floorboards along the corridor were extremely creaky. The bed was adequate but not very comfortable, and due to the floorboards and the smallness of the room I was woken up every time someone walked by the room, which for a hotel is a lot! Not the fault of the hotel but other guests were not quiet in their walking, and would quite often have a little chat right outside the door too. Add on some slamming of doors, and I pretty much didn't sleep for the 3 nights of my stay. I was also told on the first night that the car park never gets full, yet it was full every time I came back to it.
