7 Wonders Boutique Capsule Jalan Besar is one of the pioneer capsule hostels in Singapore, proudly welcoming travelers since 2016. Designed to offer a simple yet comfortable stay, the hostel caters to solo travelers, couples, groups, and families, providing budget-friendly accommodations without compromising on convenience and comfort. Our property occupies an old heritage shophouse, which comes with naturally limited space and layout constraints. To make the most of the available space, each guest is provided with a personal locker inside the room, which is designed to accommodate one cabin-size luggage. For larger luggage that cannot fit inside the room locker, guests can safely store their belongings at our dedicated luggage storage area on Level 1, which is secured by 24-hour CCTV surveillance. Complimentary WiFi is available throughout the property, with elevator access to all levels. Prime Central Location: Centrally located in the heart of Singapore, the hostel is highly accessible via public transportation. We are within walking distance of three MRT stations: Farrer Park (North East Line), Jalan Besar (Downtown Line), and Lavender (East West Line), making it convenient for guests to explore Singapore. A bus stop, After Allenby, is conveniently located diagonally opposite the hostel’s main entrance, with direct bus connections to popular destinations including Little India, Bugis, Suntec City, City Hall, Merlion Park, Clarke Quay, Chinatown, and HarbourFront. For shopping and dining, guests can enjoy a 5 to 8-minute walk to the 24-hour Mustafa Center and City Square Mall. The surrounding area offers a wide variety of food options, including Indian vegetarian cuisine, halal eateries, coffee shops, fast food outlets, and indoor and outdoor food courts. Cultural districts such as Little India, Bugis, and Kampong Glam are also easily accessible on foot. Convenient Airport Access: Traveling to and from Singapore Changi Airport is convenient, with an estimated journey time of approximately 40 minutes by MRT or 20–30 minutes by Grab or private shuttle, depending on traffic conditions. Each capsule is equipped with fresh bedding, a power socket, bed light, privacy curtain, and a personal locker designed to fit one cabin-size luggage. Guests can enjoy a complimentary simple breakfast during their stay. Please note that we do not cater to special dietary requirements or provide special dietary meals. Our shared common bathrooms are equipped with hot-water showers, water heaters, 2-in-1 body soap and shampoo, and hair dryers for guests' convenience. Please note that a refundable SGD 10.00 CASH only deposit is required for the locker key and towel. Luggage Storage: As we operate from an old heritage shophouse with limited space, in-room lockers are designed to accommodate one cabin-size luggage per guest. Larger luggage that cannot fit inside the locker can be placed in our dedicated Level 1 luggage storage area, which is monitored by 24-hour CCTV. Child Policy: Children below 12 years old are not permitted in mixed or female shared rooms. For family rooms, any additional children or adults exceeding the room’s maximum occupancy will incur additional charges. Due to the limited space within our heritage shophouse, extra mattresses cannot be arranged.
