The parking and elevator system must be improved. Nothing connects and you must go through urine soaked “tunnels” to get to your car. A very clean hotel and nice once inside. But I would not ever recommend somebody stay here if they are driving in. All elevators on the garage were broken (4-5) and the ones in the hotel did not connect and also some don’t take you to street and some do. We spent most of our “leisure time” trying to figure out where to park, how to carry luggage, and trying to figure out why GPS wouldn’t get us there… (need to type in Lady Booth, not Premier Inn). This is the sort of thing hotel websites and emails should be doing.

Very basic room. Paid extra at the desk for an early check-in. Glad it was avaliable but was surprised to have to pay. Breakfast was OK. Desk is unmanned unless you ring for help.
