I only had one experience with a homeless man at the ice maker. Just used his hands on the discharge tube.

Website lists a shuttle to Stanford, there is no shuttle. Continental breakfast listed, 1 small cupboard of pastries and 2 carafes of coffee. Dead bugs in bed. Went to check out at 11 no staff in the lobby, someone was waiting before me. Would not stay here again.

This hotel was a pleasant stay. The ambiance on the outside was so peaceful and serene. The staff were phenomenal! The actual room was a little small and older but still very comfortable. My husband sleep like a baby in the bed. I would give it 4.5 stars out of 5 and would definitely stay again when in the area.
