Clean, small room, quiet. Conveniently located near CVS, gas stations, 7/11, the fairgrounds and best breakfast restaurant in Monterey, Grandmas Kitchen. 1/2 mile to the freeway. Nothing crazy good about this place, nothing bad about this place.

I don’t know how this hotel could have an 8.0 rating. It’s worse than the worst 1 star hotel. Cheapest materials and austere room. For $400 on Labor Day I feel completely ripped off. And I had to wait 30 mins for my room an hour after check in. Find somewhere else to stay.
