The stay was wonderful. The front desk staff ( Brandon and T) were very helpful, friendly and professional. I have to add I had an issue with the charges dropping off my card and the manager Jeremy was very rude. He stated I couldn’t talk to Brandon despite him knowing all about the situation. He can take lessons from T and Brandon

The worse part of this hotel was we visited in August. Upon our arrival, the summer heat was a normal hot and humid. Add to it the fact it rained about 50% of the time. Normally I wouldn't bring this up, except our room was 65 degrees upon arrival and when we moved the thermostat to a more comfortable setting of 72 degrees immediately everything we own became damp. Within two days our clothes began to smell musty because we couldn't get the humidity out of the room unless the thermostat was set to the low 60's. I would like to say this was an isolated case, but this was the second of four hotel stays during our trip and 3 out of the 4 resulted in the same problem.
