- Gym had no ac. It was over 80F inside. - The toilet seat was so old that the plastic had turned yellow. - Door had no secondary lock. - There were food leftovers in the fridge. - One of the beds had no matrress fitted sheets. - Staff was friendly, but had no uniform, ID tag or any way to identify them. - Breakfast was great. - Pool was good. - AC was good

This was our second stay at the Hampton Suites, we like it. But I have two suggestions: 1. get rid of cable and offer streaming; the channels are horrible and so is the universal remote and 2. PLEASE get stronger coffee.

On the plus side, the bed was super comfortable and the shower had great water pressure (strong enough to rinse the shampoo without standing there forever). The hotel was also very convenient to where I needed to be while in town. On the down side, I was given a handicapped-accessible room that I didn't need or want and the staff wouldn't change it, there was a cockroach in the room (mostly in the bathroom) that I couldn't get rid of, and there was a large hole in one of the bath towels that I worried I would be charged for.
