Hotel wasn't bad. The room was kind of misleading... cabinet door wasn't on. Brand new microwave not hooked up so they have a $20 walmart microwave chilling in the room. But other than that, room wasnt bad. Breakfast was well... not really worth it. 3 different cereals were stale. Milk wasnt cold. They ran out of waffle mix an hour before breakfast ended, wasn't refilled. Two days in a row it was just bacon crumbs. Overall subpar for breakfast.

When we arrived, we can't find a single person at the desk. I been look around and yell hello, hello, no one come. I call the front desk number 2 times then a man appear. The wall is very thin. We can hear people talking from the next room clearly. The breakfast area is too small not much of seat for the guests in that morning. The breakfast not much of an option. Everything else are great the room were clean and roomy.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in York, PA! From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. One of the highlights was the breakfast. It was delicious, and we loved that the menu offered a nice variety instead of the same options every day. It made each morning feel special. Our room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We were pleasantly surprised to find that it also included a kitchen, which was an added bonus and made our stay even more convenient. The combination of excellent service, cleanliness, great food, and thoughtful amenities made this a very enjoyable experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting York, Pennsylvania!
