The air conditioner stopped working the morning after I checked in. I was already getting ready for a graduation and the room quickly became very uncomfortable, reaching 81 degrees. They weren’t able to send someone to check it for a few hours. I feel the hotel should have offered to switch me to another room, but that option was never presented. When I returned from the graduation, there was a temporary AC unit installed. The room was finally cool again, but the unit was very loud and made it difficult to sleep. I did appreciate that my total cost was discounted because of the issue. However, due to the overall experience, I probably won’t stay here again.

There is very little parking for guests on the left side of the building (west side). We had the Chancellor’s suite (room 310). It was gorgeous and very spacious. It had a small kitchen and living area, spacious bedroom with two beds, and a large bathroom. They have coffee maker, coffee pods (and coffee accoutrements), and water. In the bathroom they had a toothbrush, toothpaste, and mouthwash. They also had a shaving kit along with your normal hygiene items like shampoo, conditioner, soap, shower gel, and lotion. That was a nice touch!
