The Tillman is situated in the Centre of Barmouth, with good parking. The staff were very friendly, the room was clean with good facilities and the breakfast was great. Would happily use again.

Stayed at this place several times and always booked superior Deluxe and been really pleased. Only to find on this occasion, they've got one disguised as a superior Deluxe hidden up on the 3rd floor no comparison to the 2 rooms on the first and 2nd floor which are superior Deluxe, absolutely gutted, as we're very particular about what we get. There is a smaller shower on the 3rd floor and no chairs or coffee table. there are stains on the sofa and carpet. The curtains are shocking (photo attached). No toilet roll holder or stand and nowhere to hang your hand towel by the sink. Should not be charging the same amount for the room on the 3rd floor as on the other 2, in my opinion.. The make up of the rooms was also not what we have had before. Things got missed. It looks like they may have cut back on staffing so just a few are trying to do everything and I think this is allowing a down turn in what used to be an excellent experience
