I booked my husband into this hotel but he was unhappy with it. There was no air con working on a 37 degree day, a lot of street noise, no drinks facilities, the whole room smelt of urine and cigarette smoke. It had a blocked sink too. They advertised full english breakfast but it was not available because they had a 'new chef'. Within a labyrinth of corridors all accesses to reception, bars or dining were locked. The only exit seemed to be a fire escape. The signing in daytime receptionist was fine, but the evening receptionist seemed completely disinterested. He did not recommend this hotel.

The rooms were decent sized, lovely inn with friendly staff I would recommend people going if they’re staying for a few days. The only thing is the cleanliness the bathroom had some hair it looked like and also the door handles were falling off on the doors. But overall a good stay and slept well.
