When we arrived, our room smelled like an old gym. The floor had stains and dirt all over it, there was a big red splatter on the wall, there were ants in the corner and a yellow stain seeping out from under the bath mat. We went to the front desk for a refund and to cancel our stay and there was one girl there trying to check five people in. She told me she couldn’t cancel it because we booked through a third party and she had to text the manager. It took about twenty minutes for him to reply and get out taken care of but they tried to charge us for the first night.

Ive stayed here many times before and have always been satisfied however this last stay I was dispppoitned because I reserved the highest rated room with extra charge, but the curtains werent working and wewere told they would be fixed the next day after 2 pm. Nothing was done thr next day and I was offered nstead to move to another room but because i had a handicapped person it was difficult to move. Another issue we had was we very noisy neibohrs with loud children in the room adjacent for.the emtirty of our stay.
