I specifically booked an ocean view room. I verified this when I checked in and was told "yes" this is an ocean view room. It was not. My suggestion was not to list the room as "Ocean View" if it is not. Breakfast was a choice of only hot beverage or 2 pastries. Location was good at the entrance of long beach and there were restaurants/shops in walking distance.

The room was clean. Had 2 recliner chairs that were nice to look out at the ocean. The bathroom fan didn't work & the water pressure was not good in the shower but other than that is was nice

PM desk staff acted like they had other things they would rather do and left 8pm-8am, beds are quite hard. was hoping for a comfortable night after camping for 5 days and would have rather been on my air mattress. Love how close we are to beach, a quick walk and didn't have to worry about finding parking.
