The room was clean, and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered was pretty good. Not a huge selection, but what they had was fresh. Unfortunately, we had a few small issues - the remote for the TV didn't work. After putting in new batteries, they finally had to get a remote from another room for me to be able to watch TV. The vending machines were not working. The business center was out of service. The parking lot needs serious attention. All in all the stay was comfortable.

The room was exceptionally clean. The A/C unit did not work well and the shower valve was not allowing much hot water out. There was no one at the front desk when I left, and was unable to leave them feedback. I would expect a little bit better for the price that I paid.

This was the first time that I had a bad experience at this hotel. I have stayed here several times over the years and never had an issue. When we checked in to inspect our room. The bathroom light was out and the flourscent bulbs needed replaced. We were told that maintenance was called and that they would be in within an hour to replace them. It sounded to me like they knew the day before this needed done. Why wait until someone checks in and has plans and needs to get ready. This was aggravating. When we asked if we could be moved to a different room they said there were none left and that the hotel was full. They only offered us to check out if we weren't happy. Which was not an option as we booked months back for a concert nearby. The room was on the first floor and I never stayed in one where the carpet was filthy. Overall this was a disappointing stay. I will think twice before booking here again.
