I paid for a 1 non smoking bedroom king size bed Showed up to get my room and turns out they didn’t have what I paid for, they gave me a 2 bed that smelled like cigarettes I didn’t stay in the room I left couldn’t sleep with that smell. Exposed outlets as well .

Room was not cleaned, maintenance of the room wasn’t up to part, sheets were not clean and cigarettes burns on the sheets. However the area is quiet, the guy at the front desk was very understandable when I told him I wasn’t happy with the cleanness of the room.

A terrible experience. The room was filthy, unsafe, and smelled awful. The front desk staff was very unprofessional and only interested in collecting payment, not resolving any issues guests might have. A terrible hotel that should go out of business.
