The room smelled like dampness or wet carpet. We had bugs crawling on the carpet. The pool had paint chips floating from the bottom. The overflow eating area had boxes of food items, cleaning supplies and other non-food items on the tables.

We had a fiasco trying to check in. They took my id and basically disregarded the name. Put my credit card and phone number under someone else's name. When I pointed out that this was not the correct person, they couldn't figure out how to correct it. The breakfast service was pretty hostile, as the service person couldn't be bothered to provide fresh product and and kept reminding people that breakfast was over at 10:00. There were patrons running up and down the hallways well after 11:00 pm and slamming doors and yelling. When showering you got scalded or frozen. I will definitely not be staying there again.
