I paid 2 weeks in advance, I got there at 1am ready for sleep. Guy at the counter said it’ll take 15 mins to get the key for the room made for me because the system was down. I left to go get food & came back 30 mins later & it still wasn’t ready. Man at the counter said it’ll be an hour now. I go to sleep in my car & wake up 2-3 hours later & the guy said he canceled my room because I didn’t come back. Stay away there’s other cheap places besides this one

I wasn't expecting a 5-star experience but I've stayed in other inexpensive motels and found them to be acceptable. I have never seen anything so bad in my life. I would be ashamed to have my company name associated with this property. If there had been any rooms available elsewhere, I wouldn't have stayed there. Left for the airport at 3am and didn't even feel comfortable taking a shower in that room. My friend's room was worse. I asked for 2 non-smoking and her first room smelled like an ashtray. They gave her another room but it was as bad as mine. Please remove this motel from your website. AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL

Black mold and bugs in bathroom damage everywhere in the room and property severely outdated and the check in staff had very poor attitude
