We were told this property was renovated. Nope. The door lock/latch was barely holding into the door jamb. Cracked tile, missing grout. Instead of Ice on the second floor where the sign is, there are a washer and dryer. We had to hunt for ice. The floor in the room is vinyl planking, which is okay but they only cleaned where they didn't have to move anything. Don't look too closely by the lamp cord and garbage can. There was hair and dust and lint. The whole place is gross including the hall carpets This room, #248, was designated a handicap room. No one with a disability would be able to navigate this very tight space. At one point we couldn't get the door open. It took three times to get it open. I wouldn't be so annoyed if it hadn't cost well over $200 for one night.

From the check-in and the gentleman at the front desk, who was very friendly and very helpful. Room was very clean and as displayed on the website. The continental breakfast for a hotel was actually very good!
