The owner was my guardian angel and I'm so grateful for him! !! I got left in Lake Placid during a bus trip to Niagaa Falls and I ended up in the ER for 12 hours. I ended up being stuck in town with no ride and the only bus route for the weekend wouldve been a 20 hour ride for 4 hrs of distance. I had no money until I got paid the following day. He gave me the room until my check hit the bank which was so kind of him!! Most people wouldn't have hltthe chance

Each day of stay had same issue with room key. Key doesn't work. Had to reach out to front desk they issue new key and then it work for one day. Next day it same and had repeat the same process. Be ready to waste 20-30 mins each day before getting into room.

The exterior is run down. Rusty bathroom fixtures and a cracked sink. The “clean” towels smelled bad. Front desk person was very nice. It was way overpriced $142, should have been $50.
