It was convenient for the Shuttle. There was no statement that you had to pay $$ for the shuttle transport to the hotel from the airport.

Super convenient and “up to date” hotel next to the airport in Gatwick. Staff were very kind and helpful, breakfast was good and ventilation in room.

Bus shuttle to North Terminal is not direct, and takes about 20 minutes, whereas it is a 9 minute walk to the North Terminal. Also cost of shuttle is 4GBP per person. These details were not made clear anywhere. Hotel itself and its hard working staff were excellent.
