Parking easily available Overall room ok - for the price expected more. Also no view at all. Dinner at Gardenia excellent Staff - some friendly and helpful, some not. Communication not always the best. Extra costs everywhere- americano at breakfast, use of the outdoor pool, use of the spa

The location of the hotel is beautiful and is set in an amazing grounds. The room is expensive for what you get. We got the basic room but it’s very small. The area is beautiful. You have to pay £20 just for gym access for each day and you can only use it once in the morning or afternoon. You can use the rest of the facilities in that time but it’s not ideal if you don’t wish to use the spa. The breakfast is terrible and I would rather use the money and get breakfast somewhere locally. I think it’s a same as it could be a really nice hotel but I think they are probably cutting too many corners as I feel the level of staff could probably be improved for this price.
