The staff at this hotel allowed us to check into a room early to get dressed for the funeral of my aunt. That meant everything to us!

We arrived at hotel for a pretty late check in. The hotel is an older hotel but I’ve stayed here before and it’s always clean and breakfast is good. We got into the room to find the hanging bar in the closet was off the wall and in the floor which no big deal cause we were only staying one night so we hung clothes on shower curtain rod and hook behind the door. I set the air conditioner in the room to 67 but even on high the fan did not blow well and room never got really cool. It was late and we were only staying one night so we made do and it worked out. Other than that staff was friendly as always checking in. Pool was down for maintenance but we wouldn’t have been able to swim long anyways.

The pool is not heated. We got 3 rooms and all had ants in sink or on the dresser/tables. Morning staff told us all rooms had ants.
