The gentleman who checked me in was exceptional. He was professional, kind, and put extra effort into making sure my stay was good. The hotel is in very bad shape. There were white stains at the front center of the chair in my room, the bathroom was clean, the carpets were disgusting and it was very obvious that the door to my room had been broken down at some time and repaired poorly. I didn't want to eat the breakfast because the hotel looked so rundown.

The 2 queen beds room is large. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. I did not suffer back pain upon getting up. The AC is functioning well. There is an ice maker and the ice is free for the guests. Breakfast is decent. The staff are cordial and helpful. Furthermore location is very close to both I-5 N and S.

I was unable to stay at this property. My husband is in a wheelchair and there is no elevator. We were rapidly booked at a sister property. The staff was excellent.
