Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and clean. Noisy. No elevators. Trash can outside exit door overflowing, dirty. Was sufficient for a 1 night stay, late arrival and early check out. Pet friendly.

The hot water didn’t work two different times. I told the staff. It was not fixed and there was no monetary remedy offered either. The Assistant General Manager (I don’t recall her name but remember her saying her title) was not very friendly and didn’t offer to help. The property was just okay otherwise. Cleanliness was okay and location was close to everything.
