DOUBLE CHARGED: HOTEL REFUSES TO REFUND Stayed at the hotel in June and paid in full for my room upon arrival. Six weeks on, I’ve been charged again for the room by the hotel. Contacted the hotel and was told by a staff member (21 July) that it won’t refund the fee. No explanation provided: I was told to contact a third party, despite the fact that the Salford Premier Inn made the second charge. I’ve asked my bank to reverse the charge and will now pursue legal action against the hotel. AVOID THIS HOTEL

Pretty good location. Easy to get from/to the airport and near the centre of the city. Easy to move around the city from the hotel. The staff is super friendly and helpful.
