Simple and clean. Great shower. No washcloths. Comfortable beds. A bazillion restaurant@, theaters, shops, etc very nearby.

Right after checking in I noticed that the AC was not working. I contacted the front desk and they told me that the maintenance people were off and couldn't do anything for that night, except to provide a portable fan. I went down again to tell that it was too hot and change rooms. They said and I noticed other clients with fan on the way to our room. Terrible experience and would not recommend this hotel.

Make sure you know this is an underground room without windows which is very small with the bed pushed up against the wall which makes it difficult to get out in the middle of the night. Front desk staff were terrific, helpful, and the best part of the stay. This is the unbelievable part. In the room there was no TV, no cups, no coffee maker, no refrigerator, no CHAIR! Only two pillows and they were thin. The bed was raised on a 10 inch wooden riser which I ran my shin into at least twice. The place is like a mouse maze making it very difficult to find your room and remember where it was! The shower was terrific and the air conditioning was good. It was like camping outdoors with the bare minimums, but indoors.
