At the start we had no electricity but then maintenance came and and fixed the breaker. The. Couldn’t use the electrical plugs finally got it working I had to push in the circuit on it which I never had to do in any hotel before. The rest was great the pillows were so comfortable I slept like a baby. Wish I could have asked what type of pillows they use

Ran into an issue with billing. Had to reach out to the third party site I used to pay. Got my refund and the guy at the desk was super understanding and apologetic about the extra charge we received.
