The whole place is undergoing "renovations" but breakfast and common areas were very clean. Unfortunately, my room smelled like it was home to twelve chainsmoking feral cats that didnt have a litter box. The whole building is allegedly non smoking which it stinks to death of cigarettes and this particular room smelled like cat urine. It's a pet friendly location so it was probably...cat urine. There were stains all over the room and furniture and I genuinely didnt want to touch anything. I was there to sleep for less than 8 hours and didnt want to risk asking for a different room and ending up in the dumpster. The floor outside the bathroom, which is carpeted, is wet and something is clearly leaking in the floor. Staff was very nice 👍

The main issue with the place is poor ventilation. So it smells musty Also the room only had one place to sit other than the beds which were waist high. At breakfast, they ran out of eggs and potatos by 8am, as well as plastic forks. Also you are not allowed to bring food up to your room from the breakfast area. Otherwise beds where comfortable and the room clean.
